Cashier (man probably in his late 30s), works without observing Corona security measures. Bread rolls are okay, unfortunately the older lady put them in the counter WITHOUT gloves ... Really delicious!

Fresh sandwiches and delicious baked goods! The staff are all friendly. Do not understand those who complain about the clientele. Everyone should be welcome everywhere. What kind of clientele are we talking about now ?! In addition, people in Eschweiler should perhaps come to terms with the fact that the bakery is not forced to allow non-customers to use their toilets. It is no different in other bakeries. I find the expectations of some people impossible. I also wonder why you don't cook hot for your toddler Water in a thermos bottle. And what's the problem of paying for water when you need it? !! I am satisfied with the bakery and the staff and will continue to have breakfast there!

What I experienced today in the bakery is a real shame ... I have always been satisfied with the food and everything but the employee from this morning does not go at all. Really rude! Some time ago she didn't let my daughter go to the toilet because we didn't buy anything there! And this morning I'm in and asked very kindly if I could have a little sip of hot water to make the bottle for my child. Since the woman said to me that is not possible if I take hot water from the machine only a cup full for 1.80 €. I only needed a little sip and she said again that it would work. I've never seen anything hostile to children! You will never see me there again !!!

The sandwiches are all totally salted and anything but fresh. The selection of baked goods is miserable at the opening. All in all, it suits the clientele what the day is going on there. Prefer to look for alternatives.
